Will & Syd's Kitchen is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. You can browse recipes and use ingredient checklists without creating an account.

Information you choose to send

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We use that information only to review and respond to your inquiry. Contact messages are delivered through our email provider, Resend.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off until you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. If accepted, Google may process device and usage information to provide aggregated site-traffic reports. Selecting “Only essential” keeps analytics disabled.

Hosting and routine logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process limited technical request information for delivery, reliability, and security. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Contact messages may be retained as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. To request access to or deletion of a message you sent, use the contact page and include the email address used in the original message.

Children's privacy

This cooking site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please do not submit information about a child through the contact form.

Your choices

You can decline analytics and still use the complete recipe site. You may also clear the saved preference from your browser and choose again on your next visit.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
