Creamy Lemon Chicken

Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Put olive oil and butter in a pan, let melt, and add chicken; cook 5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and add garlic to the pan to brown before adding chicken broth and heavy cream; stir.
Add lemon juice, zest, and dill and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chicken back in and simmer until thick.
